IiPods.  Minis, Classics, Nanos, Shuffles, Touch …What does it all mean? Finding just the right iPod can be confusing. Ipod technology is constantly changing to keep up with other technological improvements.  When you’re buying an Ipod, you want to make sure you don’t get stuck with an outdated iPod…right?  There is good news. 

Believe it or not Apple still makes the original iPod.  Now it’s called the iPod classic.  So don’t worry too much.  Just about any Apple iPod you purchase will still be compatible with whatever downloading system you use.  It’s really that simple. The number of songs you plan to store on your iPod will make a big difference in the size and the price you’ll pay for your iPod.  If you only want a few songs, the price will be much cheaper than if you’re planning to store hundreds of songs.  Remember, the more space, the higher the cost.

iPod accessories again will vary depending on your usage.  A skin (case) to protect the iPod is very useful no matter what type of iPod you purchase.  You may also want a remote control, in-ear headphones, adaptors, camera connections, and maybe even software to increase the use of your iPod.   Make sure to consider the price of the accessories as well as the base price of your iPod before you make your final purchase.
